Nearly three dozen bottlings from one small farm — hand-harvested, fermented on native yeasts, and bottled by gravity. The range changes with every vintage; no two years are alike.
Bright, saline whites grown in maritime sand — single vineyards and field blends.
Whites fermented on their skins — amber-hued, structured, savory. A house tradition for more than two decades.
Not one rosé but seven — each variety pressed to its own, from pale salmon to ruby red.
Cool-climate reds with freshness and lift, from varieties rarely planted this far east.
Walter Channing was a sculptor who rescued fallen trees — hauling them out of swamps and salvage yards, carving them, and planting them roots-up against the sky. In 1982, on a potato farm in Bridgehampton, he planted something right-side-up for a change: Chardonnay.
He named the winery for his daughters. Forty years on, it remains a family farm — twenty-eight acres of vines threaded between his sculptures, making wine slowly: picked by hand, fermented on wild yeast, bottled by gravity.
weddings · dinners · private gatherings
The sculpture garden hosts long-table dinners, weddings, and private celebrations — set between the vines and Walter’s forty-foot pencil.
